About the Authors
Kevin Springer
Kevin Noble Springer is a retired pastor, church planter, editor, and author of numerous books and articles published in multiple languages. In 2006, Power Evangelism, co-authored with John Wimber, was named the twelfth most important book on evangelism of the past 50 years by Christianity Today. He is married to Suzanne Nadal, his wife of 54 years, with whom he has conducted marriage seminars across North America and Europe. They live in Camarillo, California, near their three married children and five grandchildren. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree from Ashland Theological Seminary.
John Wimber
Founder of the Vineyard movement, he impacted thousands of people around the world and was used by God to renew the spiritual life of the Church. Throughout his life, Wimber carried the message of God’s power, demonstrating that miracles and healing were not only possible but necessary for the Church today. He was the senior pastor of Vineyard Anaheim, and through his leadership, the Vineyard movement grew exponentially, planting hundreds of churches worldwide. His legacy endures, especially through his influence on intimate worship music and his accessible approach to ministry. Wimber passed away in 1997 at the age of 63, leaving a profound mark on contemporary Christianity.
